By greasing your CVDs you can more than double the life of them.

Extending the Life of your CVD's Step1
Step 1: grease the cvd
After building the CVD, pack as much grease into the joint as possible.

Extending the Life of your CVD's Step2
Step 2: place boot
Then place the boot over the CVDs.
